Options, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in achieving greater independence,
community involvement, and meaningful employment. Since our founding in 1979, we have grown from a small,
local program into a dynamic agency that empowers individuals through person-centered services, hands-on training,
and opportunities to thrive.
For more than four decades, our mission has remained constant: Options is committed to empowering and supporting
adults with disabilities in living and working in the mainstream of community life.
Supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Blackbird will also strengthen the backbone of our organization—our Direct Support Professionals. Revenue from Blackbird will help support DSP wages, improve recruitment and retention, and reinforce the support system that makes independence possible for the eople we serve.
